Где найти архив погоды?

Вот здесь есть архив температуры воздуха и количества осадков суточного разрешения за период 1892 - 1993 гг.

Please forgive me for writing in English. I am trying to find precipitation data for Astana - for simulating stormwater run-off. Does anyone know a reliable accurate source. Also does anyone know where I can get hold of rainwater return graphs for 2,5,10, 25, 50. 100 year storm events? i really appreciate any help.

Since 1966 a correction for wetting started to be used directly at the station.
After 1966, no changes in data measurement and data processing techniques took place. However inhomogeneities may be caused by relocations of weather station.

Метеорологические измерения в Кишиневе ведутся с 1844 года. Но их достоверность под большим вопросом.
